Job Title: Technology Development (Salesforce) Internship

This opportunity offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience by working on real-world projects and developing your skills in Salesforce technology. So, what will I do?

• Work under the direction of Solution Architects or Senior Developers on a Salesforce project
• Learn to function as a connector between business needs and technology solutions by shadowing interactions with our clients to collect and understand their requirements
• Contribute to the implementation of CRM applications
• Build presentations to effectively communicate concepts with a focus on structure, visuals, insights and formatting
• Prepare to complete a Salesforce certification (i.e. Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder
• Develop an understanding of the services Slalom delivers
• Build a network within Slalom
• Assist in planning events for the Salesforce team as well as the Local office

And, what will I bring?

• Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft suite
• Programming skills in Java, C#, web (HTML, JavaScript) a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals is a plus
• Experience with documentation of solution specifications
• Experience manipulating and cleansing data
• Outstanding communication skills with audiences of all levels & demonstrated ability to be resourceful and learn new concepts quickly
• Enrolled in a post-secondary program graduating in 2025
• Bilingual expert communication in English & French (verbal and written)
• Available for full time (40 hours/week) from May 12 to August 29, 2025
• Only new Slalom hires are eligible for the internship program

We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
