As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be an exceptional networker, building and cultivating relationships both internally and externally. As an ambassador of Slalom, you will help as the face of the business to bring in the best talent. With a mix of problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills, you’ll flourish in our energetic and collaborative environment.

So, what will I do?

• You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that will give you a well-rounded experience in Talent Acquisition:
• Get familiar with our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and help screen resumes. By the end of the summer, you’ll be a pro at filtering resumes for junior roles.
• Dive into sourcing activities with LinkedIn Recruiter, master Boolean searches, and generate effective searches with AI.
• Build a solid network within the company by connecting with our team members and senior leaders. Learn from different stakeholders, understand their work styles, and get a great understanding for the business operations.
• Support various internal projects, such as community outreach or campus recruitment activities. Additionally, help develop and execute event strategies, marketing campaigns, and diversity & inclusion priorities.
• Assist with scheduling interviews with recruiters or hiring managers and preparing interviewees.
• Participate in fun internal activities like new hire onboarding and lunches.
• Help with translations (English and French), including reviewing job descriptions and social media content.

And, what will I bring?

We’re looking for someone who’s in their last year of study or recently graduated from a college or university program in 2025. You should have:

• Full bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and presentation tools like Canva or PowerPoint. Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
• Strong networking skills, taking the initiative to connect with people within the business and in the Montreal community.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong integrity personal alignment to Slalom’s core values.
• Enrolled in a business or human resources related (preferred not required) post-secondary program (must be graduating in 2025)
• Available for full time (40 hours/week) from May 12 to August 29, 2025
• Only new Slalom hires are eligible for the internship program

We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
